Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about how Frostect works with owners, PMs, and build teams.

Do you manage construction?

No—we document; licensed contractors build. Site visits are available by agreement for coordination, not daily GC oversight.

What belongs in a first email?

City, property type, approximate size, photos or plans, and your milestone date. See our contact checklist.

Do you take projects outside Brazil?

Yes. Our Curitiba studio coordinates remote work across the Americas and interior design USA scopes when review cadence is agreed upfront.

How long does documentation usually take?

After intake, many residential packages run 4–8 weeks; commercial jobs are quoted per phase with defined gates.

What file formats do you issue?

PDF plan sets, FF&E schedules, and finish boards are standard. CAD or BIM exports can be scoped when your team specifies software needs.

Can you recommend builders?

We do not endorse specific firms. Drawings include coordination notes so your shortlisted contractors bid on the same assumptions.

How do extra revisions work?

Each engagement includes agreed review gates. Additional rounds beyond scope are quoted before work continues.

Is code compliance included?

We flag common coordination topics, but licensed professionals in your jurisdiction should confirm code, ADA, and fire requirements.
